We’re building a dedicated PMDD Directory to make it easier to find the right support, resources, and specialists across Aotearoa (and beyond). This will include medical professionals, therapists, holistic practitioners, and peer support groups. Our goal is to take the overwhelm out of searching, and connect you directly with the help you need.
